This year's workshops will be a mix of recipe and technique demos and engaging presentations on the most relevant sous vide topics! VIP's will get access to a virtual cocktail hour on Saturday evening,  along with early access to session replays, entrance into VIP/PRO only raffles for a circulator and other prizes, and a 10% discount on all ISVA regional in-person events.
